Promos

Promos are the creative content and engagement mechanisms that power offers. While offers handle user targeting and lifecycle management, promos define what users see.

Promo Types​

Toffee supports three types of promotional content:

Video Promos​

  • Content: Video files (MP4, WebM, etc.)
  • Use cases: Brand storytelling, product demonstrations, rewarded video ads

Image Promos​

  • Content: Static images (GIF, PNG, JPG, WebP)
  • Use cases: Display advertising, promotional banners, product showcases

Iframe Promos​

  • Content: Embedded web experiences
  • Use cases: E-commerce experiences, lead generation, interactive content

  • id: Unique identifier for the promo
  • name: Display name for internal reference
  • type: Content type (video, image, or iframe)
